Our Mission
The Giving Garcia Foundation is driven by a deep commitment to offering support, love, and hope to children in need, particularly within the South Florida area. Our mission is to make a tangible difference in their lives, no matter the size of the gesture. Whether it’s providing a simple gift during Christmas or raising funds to help cover critical medical expenses or living costs for their families, we are dedicated to alleviating some of the burdens these children and their loved ones carry.

Our Impact
Over the past eight years (2018-2026), we have successfully raised thousands of dollars in donations. With this generous support, we’ve been able to make a meaningful impact by giving back to children at Jackson Pediatrics Center, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, Seeking Shelter Inc. and the Coconut Grove Community.
Gifts
Our annual Christmas drive provides hundreds of toys to children in need, helping create meaningful holiday memories for those facing difficult times.
Support
We raise funds to provide extra support to families in need, offering gift cards to help with everyday expenses after covering their children’s medical costs. This helps ease their financial burden and improve their living conditions.
Community
Through partnerships and volunteer efforts, we foster a strong community support system that prioritizes the well-being of children and families.
Annabella's Story
The morning of July 24, 2012, was the day I knew my life would change forever. When I finally opened my eyes, I saw that I was hooked up to a ventilator, with IVs and tubes covering my body as I fought for my life in the Intensive Care Unit at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. When I was just six years old, I was diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome, a rare kidney disease that can ultimately lead to kidney failure. I spent months in the hospital and years afterward coping with swollen eyes, hands, and feet, hair loss from medication, and strict precautions to prevent kidney failure. With the power of prayer, I am happy to say that I am in remission.
Because of my experience, my sister, Milanni, and I were inspired to create the Giving Garcia Foundation. We both witnessed firsthand the emotional toll that illness can take on a child and their family. Remembering how isolating those long days in a hospital room can feel, we strive to ensure that no child or family facing similar circumstances ever feels forgotten or alone.
How to Help
Through our partnerships with Nicklaus Children's Hospital, Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, and Jackson Pediatric Center, we host monthly events, toy drives, and initiatives that bring comfort and joy to children while also easing the financial burden on their families.

Meet the Team
Milanni Garcia
Milanni Garcia is a 26-year-old Miami native whose passion for service has shaped both her personal and professional journey. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Florida International University. Her commitment to helping others was deeply influenced by her sister’s inspiring story, as well as her formative years at Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart, where she participated in service days at Jackson Pediatrics and hospitals throughout South Florida.
Annabella Garcia
Annabella Garcia is a 21-year-old student at Clemson University, where she is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing. Beyond her academic goals, Annabella is deeply passionate about giving back to her community. Having faced her own medical challenges at a young age, she developed a strong sense of empathy and a desire to support children experiencing similar hardships.
